REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy sets out how fee refunds, payment adjustments and cancellation requests are handled in relation to payments made to Genesis Global School.

Refunds

Genesis Global School does not process fee refund requests through its Website or parent portal.

Where an excess payment has been made, the amount may be adjusted against subsequent fee dues in accordance with the School’s applicable fee policies.

For clarification or assistance regarding fee payments, excess payments or payment adjustments, parents are requested to contact the School’s Accounts / Fee Department through the official contact channels published by Genesis Global School.

Cancellations

Genesis Global School does not provide fee cancellation services through its Website or parent portal.

Any request or query regarding cancellation of a fee payment, where applicable, should be directed to the School’s Accounts / Fee Department for guidance and resolution in accordance with the School’s prevailing fee policies.

Activity Fees & Other Payments

Payments made for activities, trips, programmes, events or other school-related services may be governed by separate terms and conditions communicated by the School at the time of registration or payment.

Parents are advised to review the applicable terms, including any refund or cancellation provisions, before making such payments.

Important Note

This policy should be read together with Genesis Global School’s applicable fee structure, payment instructions and any programme-specific terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict, the School’s prevailing approved fee and refund policy shall apply, subject to applicable law.

Miscellaneous

The School may review this Policy periodically to ensure that it remains consistent with applicable law, regulatory requirements and the operational requirements of the School.

Genesis Global School and/or KSC Educational Society may modify, amend, update or revise this Policy from time to time.

Any revised version shall become effective upon being published on the Website. Users are encouraged to review this document periodically to remain informed of the applicable Policy.

Nothing contained in this document is intended to override or restrict any mandatory provision of law, direction, notification, regulation, order or guideline issued by:

  • the Government of India;
  • the Government of Uttar Pradesh;
  • the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE);
  • the Uttar Pradesh authorities having jurisdiction over schools;
  • any other competent statutory, regulatory or educational authority; or
  • any court or tribunal having jurisdiction.

In case of any inconsistency between this Policy and a mandatory provision of law, the applicable law shall prevail.
