Here, students perform a range of activities outside the classroom walls that help them develop on a personal level along with giving them a break from studies. 

 Creativity involves things such as learning an instrument, acting in a play, or writing a story. It must be something original and creative.  

Action is generally a sports activity and can include all types of physical activities such as rock climbing. 

Service refers to a community service in which the students can volunteer, host a fundraiser or involve himself in charity.
