71.5% of the 2020-21 batch achieves A* and A in Extended Mathematics paper of the November series. Note: Extended Mathematics paper, is a syllabus intended for higher ability learners of Mathematics. The extended syllabus comprises of Core as well as extended topics which covers every topic in much more depth. One of the major differences between the 2 syllabus is the grading.
Along with our top achievers, Shashwat Rana and Vansh Bansal also achieved “A” grades.
Inter-House Debate Competition 2020 was unique in two ways this year, as it was organised online and had the school’s alumni as its adjudicators. The alumni Udyat Anand, Pallavi Sethi, Lakshita Vij and Prajvi Mandhani were part of past GGS Debating Teams and made Genesis proud by bagging various accolades. After the debate concluded, the adjudicators shared valuable feedback with the participants.

Happy to announce the GGS IB DP Scholarship* awards for the academic year of 2020-2021. An unprecedented 70% of annual scholarship was awarded to Atharva Anand for displaying unique qualities and mindset, apart from the recorded brilliance in all other parameters. Additionally, for showing consistent efforts and perseverance to reach academic excellence, while being actively involved in a variety of non- academic projects at GGS, three more students Krish Bajaj, Rida Athar and Aks Arora have also been awarded 10% scholarship for the academic year of 2020-2021. *GGS IB DP Scholarship is aimed at encouraging academic excellence, competitive spirit, and honest involvement in service to society among IB DP students.

Congratulating, GGS Grade MYP 4 student Olivia Tito for taking the initiative to compete in a National Competition- Indian Debating LeagueCompeting with 36 Teams (3500 participants) from 28 states and 8 UTs her team won the competition in the Middle (grades 7-9) category where their topics were related to the UN SDG goals.
