IBMYP5 School Based Assessment Result – June 2023

We are delighted to be able to share the IBMYP School based assessment results for our 2023 MYP5 Batch ,with 64.61% of the students achieving Grades 6 & 7.
The school toppers with Grade 7 in all subjects are Kushagra Jain and Aahna Bahl.

Happy to share the IGCSE results for our 2023 MYP5/IGCSE Batch where 53.54% of our students have achieved A & A* across all subjects – an outstanding achievement.

Rajasthan State Fencing Championship 2023-24

Congratulating GGS student Prakriti Sharma for bagging two gold medals in U-17 Team and Individual Sabre category in Rajasthan State Fencing Championship 2023-24.

Congratulating GGS MYP 4 student Arshvant Srivastava for making it to the 3rd position in IGU Northern India Junior Boys Golf tournament played at Chandigarh Golf Club.

Congratulating MYP 3 student Tanish Jain for winning two bronze medals—one for the individual round and another for the team round, at the Global Finals of Singapore & Asian Math Olympiad (SIMOC 2023) held at Singapore.

SIMOC 2023 is a prestigious international competition that brought together 1600 students from 30 different countries. The grand award ceremony, graced by ambassadors from 11 nations, celebrated the achievements of these brilliant young minds. Tanish’s outstanding performance not only brings pride to his homeland but also serves as an inspiration for his peers and aspiring mathematicians at the school, highlighting the importance of dedication and passion in pursuing academic excellence.

IBEN Programme Leader

Congratulating GGS Team members Ms. Era Dogra for successfully completing the training and becoming an IBEN Programme Leader for IB PYP and MYP and Ms. Sangita Pal who has also completed the training to become an IBEN Programme Leader for IB MYP.

Achieving this title means that these GGS teachers would be invited to visit, evaluate and authorise other IB schools to ensure that IB standards and expectations are being followed.
This is not just an achievement for them professionally, but also a reason for the school to be proud of having such professionals on board.

India Spelling Bee 2022-23

Proud of GGS PYP3 student Aria Gupta for securing the 2nd position in ‘Group 2 in the Northern Region’ category in the India Spelling Bee* competition.

*India Spelling Bee 2022-23 was held in July. It was held in the Online Format where school-level winners and qualifiers of hundreds of schools from across the country competed in the Regional Finale.

The top 3 winners in each group in each region will now compete at the National Championship!

Inspiring Principals of the Year 2023

Deeply honoured and humbled to have both our present and past Principals chosen to be the Inspiring Principals of the Year 2023 by the Knowledge Review magazine.

Ms.Madhur Gupta, Principal CBSE at GGS and Late Ms. Varduhi Grigoryan-Avetisyan (Past Principal IB) have both been honoured with this title for their exceptional work in the field of education.

French IPSC Fest 2023

We are happy to share that GGS participants received accolades and appreciation at the recently held La joie de vivre or the Joy Of Living, French IPSC Fest 2023 at Daly College, Indore.

Two days filled with learning and the exchange of ideas and culture also saw our students give exemplary performances in their categories.
